The objective of the 8 ball game is to pocket their entire set ball. The player has to strike and the first ball he pots [solid or stripes] become his sets. Subsequently he has to pot the black ball to finish the game and beat his opponent. Make sue that you don't pot the queen or the black ball in the beginning else you will loose the game. Good luck!
